I am putting my Essex Terraplane up for sale as it has been in the back of my storage unit for too long and it needs to get out into the daylight again. I got this car as it was the closest I could get to the '34 Buick that I had when I was 17 years old and still a leaner driver. The Essex is an American car but in right hand drive as it was an English bodied version. I was told when I purchased it that the mileage was genuine ( but I did get it from a dealer ). I am only the second owner, not counting the dealer. I have not used the car for a few years and think it is time to let it go. This is the last known example of its kind left. I have been offered over £3000 for the registration number (AMG Mercedes?) but I feel it should stay with the vehicle. There is a spare engine and some other parts that go with the Terraplane.
