Description
Offering from my private collection:
In 1996, the official Dutch GM importer commissioned Chevrolet to deliver two special Berettas in the sporty Z26 version with a 3. 1 ltr V6 coupled to a 4-speed automatic. The cars had to be delivered with Dutch specifications. Such specific conversions were achieved by TDM World Conversions LTD a subsidiary of GM. The NL specifications concerned km odometer, radio with European frequencies, European / Dutch lighting incl. yellow direction indicators. The specifications can be found on special stickers and ID plates in the car, the booklets were also in Dutch. One came in a purple metallic the other in blue metallic. The purple one cannot be found in the RDW annals, so our blue one is probably the only remaining copy.
The current NAP checked and logical odometer reading is 186617. We gave our Beretta Z26 a lot of attention both optically and technically, it is still completely in its first coat, a good polishing at a specialist made it look great again, the
interior is still completely original and looks very good. Technically it was completely checked, all fluid filters have been renewed, including the automatic transmission, some essential gaskets/ hoses have been renewed, 6 spark plugs and a fresh MOT.
He drives great and the 4-speed automatic transmission shifts silky smooth. The air conditioning has been checked for leaks and refilled. It has quite a few options, air conditioning, cruise control, electric windows, central lock, super Delco electronic sound system and the beautiful authentic original alloy wheels that still look great.
While the Beretta is more than 25 years old there is no problem to get a Title in America!
More pictures also from the underside on personal asking available!, export/ transport can be arenged by us.
