Description
Motors Corner presents this ACMA Vespa 400 for sale: The Vespa 400, unveiled in 1957, is a unique microcar designed by PIAGGIO and produced in France by ACMA. Equipped with a 400cc engine, this model is a blend of Italian design and French manufacture. Presented as a practical and elegant alternative. The Vespa 400 embodies the ingenious, accessible spirit of post-war motoring, making it the perfect little city and touring car, with its convertible roof and small size.
Powertrain: This Vespa 400 is powered by a 393cc two-stroke in-line twin-cylinder engine, cooled by forced air. This engine develops 14 horsepower, enabling the car to reach speeds of around 95 km/ h. This late production model has an automatic oil mixer and a 4-speed gearbox. The model we're presenting starts up on the first demand, and runs perfectly well.
Exterior: The vehicle is in a very good state of preservation, the paintwork is clearly original and there are no marks or scratches, just an acceptable patina for an urban vehicle that is still used almost daily. Interior: The interior of this vehicle is in a very good state of preservation, the original seats are in good condition and there are no tears. The dashboard in its "Blu Vespa" colour is in perfect condition and shows no trace despite its age.
