Hi
I have been given the task of selling my mates Alvis grey lady.
Got lots of history and paperwork and has had lots spent on it.
Needs some tidying but nothing major.
Roof lining needs replacing
Some damage under the rear bumper.
And some minor bodywork.
Runs and drives and does look the part
Looking for serious offers.
Can’t help this being a great investment for someone out there.

I am advertising this for a good friend of mine . He is into his classic cars and we share the same interests, however he doesn’t use the internet and to be honest he doesn’t even have a mobile phone! So I am helping him with selling this.
The car is complete, it has had a small fortune spent on it. It starts and drives and although it could do with a service it sounds lovely. It’s got electronic ignition, replacement starter motor and the water pump was rebuilt with a new impeller as new water pumps are not available. It also has had an electric fuel pump fitted.
The brakes have had new lines and unions fitted at great expense.
Bodywork is good and paint also good.
Alloy bumpers made specially at great expense (£2000)
A few scratches and some light bubbles on the rear right lower quarter panel.
A small dent on the rear lower panel and the rear boot lid is out of line.
But as you can see it is a real nice looking car with lots of potential.
This car has the rare sunroof fitted and a really good set of wire wheels.
The interior seems original with that old car feel, the red leather seats are in good condition although they need a good clean. Rear seats are good.
The roof lining will need replacing as it has holes.
There are various documents with the car and also a photo album included .
A number of invoices and the V5 showing only 3 previous owners.
I believe the number plate is quite valuable and is included with the car.

These cars are very rare now and very hard to price but we feel this is more than a fair price. The only one we can find to compare it to is one advertised by Red Triangle Alvis car sales which is priced at £34, 950 having steel wheels and is a non sunroof model.
