I am selling this beautiful and rare T25 Bluestar Multivan equipped with water-cooled 1. 6 turbo diesel engine. He was registered in 1991 in Germany and imported in UK in 2007.
Being imported from Germany, he is left hand drive and the odometer is in km, as of today, he has done 222’800km (corresponding to 138’440miles).
Due to the bad status of the original interior, in 2023 I have entirely refurbished him by making new ad-hoc cabinets, new 12V leisure electric system and new water system, keeping original water and waste tanks. Everything is now fully functional with its original foldable table, including extractable tap allowing to shower outside (passing through driver side).
He has got the original rock & roll bed, pull out bed in the high-top section, a large Campingaz tank with knob and pipe with quick release to a portable camping stove with 2x hobs, 240V hookup, original curtains and mattress, engine soundproofing mat.
The previous owner has also installed digital radio with USB and Bluetooth connection, and dashcam which are perfectly working. There is a small fold up TV with DVD and USB plugs but currently not wired up.
Externally, he is equipped with original wheel rims, Fiamma owning, Fiamma rack for 2 bikes, electric side mirrors and dark film to rear windows to improve privacy.
I have the portfolio of services done by garage specialized in classic VW and all the paperwork related to the import to UK, MOTs and services from previous owners.
I change oil, oil filter and fuel filter every 6 months or 3000k, last done at 222’820Km.
Last few years, MOTs passed without major findings.
Within the price, I will provide: waterproof van cover (purchased in 2024), electric hookup cables, water hoses, spare parts (e. g. belts and fuses), camping dishes, cutleries and pots, and other useful bits!
Major works done:
- New tires, including spare one, 195/ 80QR14 in March 2024 and June (for the spare one) 2024
- New clutch master cylinder, slave cylinder and pipes in April 2024 at 221’800Km
- All 4 injectors reconditioned in August 2023 at 220’820km
- New cambelt and tensioner, including replacement of alternator belt in March 2023 at 219’560km
- New exhaust down pipe and mount in March 2023 at 219’560km
- Replaced air filters at 221’620Km
Major works done by previous owner:
- New leisure battery 100 Avon 12V 70Ah in August 2022
- Power steering overhaul in August 2021 at 217’260km
- New exhaust, cambelt, pulley, charger and relay split charger in August 2017
Bad bits as follows:
- Minor rust points around diesel refill point, one of the bumpers and under sliding door
- Driver seat right arm rest detached (I still have the part)
- Sometimes, the driver side electric window switch does not work, suspected weak electrical connection
- Centralized locking system does not work
- There is a diesel heater (looks the original VW) under the rear passenger seat but it is electrically disconnected so I don’t know if it works
