Lotus Europa Series 1 S1A Type 46 1967 Rare Early Lotus Europa. 1 of 342 produced.
For restoration as a Type 46 or modified to a Lotus 47 Type car with some parts missing. Original factory body shell with bonnet and doors. Has original factory chassis plate, engine and gearbox and Carello rear lights. The Europa has the original chassis in good condition.
I am a serial Europa S1 collector and enthusiast and in my opinion the early Europa's are wonderful cars and are the most striking looking in design and style, bearing in mind these cars were designed and conceived by the same team who created the original Lotus Elite MK14. There are many design cross-overs between the two cars. Many Elite owners have Series 1 Europa's in their collection. This car is extremely competitively priced at £4995.
