I am reluctantly offering my late wife’s Avantime, which I bought for her in May 2020 and which she only got to drive twice. It came from ‘Mr Avantime’ Sandy Burnett of Peterhead.
It’s a beauty in the best Nocture purple colour with black cloth upholstery and has covered 152, 000 miles, just 5k in the last two years including a trip to the south of France last summer, when it never missed a beat.
During our ownership it has received
• a full service at 148, 000
• Full custom stainless steel exhaust
• New timing belt and pulleys
• Heater matrix
• New rear brakes
• Battery
• Sump gasket
• Cooling system overhaul
But he car has been SORN off the road since September and the MOT has expired. I know there are a few jobs that will be needed to get it through. It is suffering from not being used, hence the reason we’ve decided to sell.
Mechanically it is sound and just about everything works, however this is a twenty year old Renault so there is always some niggly little job to do.
This car is also one that has been used and is not pristine or suitable for winning concourse type events, and is priced accordingly.

I am asking for £2, 495 for this car which is a very keen price, and it can be viewed most days by appointment at my business premises just south of Stoke-on-Trent. (I’m not a car dealer)
In this the 20th anniversary year of the Avantime, it would be an ideal project for someone who wants to join in on all that will be going on.
