For sale my 1971 Reliant Scimitar SE5 GTE 3 Litre, manual with overdrive (Ford Essex engine)

Wonderful car inside and out especially for its age. Drives great and to use a cliché ‘pulls like a train’. Chassis and body work in great condition.
Had an engine rebuild September last year (piston rings) at Graham Walker’s, receipts to prove, thousands spent. Along with the rebuild the car has also had a new clutch, timing gear, spark plugs, leads, four new tyres and much more.
Few minor bad bits, slight surface rust on a couple of the wheels and wheels nuts, slight tear on drivers seat. Slight scoring on the paintwork just under under the windscreen.
I'm taking quite a big loss on the car but a change in circumstances means it needs to go.
Not many of these cars left about, especially in this condition. Starts and drives first time every time (as you'd hope after an engine rebuild).
