This car along with 124 others is to be auctioned at our Bonhams MPH 11th December auction, Hanger 113, Bicester Heritage, OX26 5HA.

The Marshall tractor was manufactured by Marshall Sons & Co in Gainsborough, Lincolnshire from 1930 onwards, the name changing to Field-Marshall in 1945 when the company introduced an all-new design. This improved tractor was powered by a single-cylinder two-stroke diesel engine (of around 6 litres capacity) coupled to a very large flywheel. The design was developed through Series 2, Series 3, and Series 3A, finally ceasing production in 1957.
This Field-Marshall was extensively restored by agricultural engineers Robert H Crawford & Son of Frithville, Lincolnshire in 2017 and has seen very little use since then (detailed invoice for 8, 960 on file). The vehicle is rated by the vendor as very good throughout.

For those clients unable to physically attend to view a lot we are able to provide a preview service accessible from home, office or holiday – interactive scheduled live video condition report.
Bonhams Preview – Powered By Delegate Live has been developed specifically to enable those who are unable to view in person the ability to do so, by booking an appointment in advance with a specialist who will then show them around the car in detail. Multiple viewers will be able to take part and ask questions in real time. The video condition reports are then also available to view at a later time, too. LIVE AND ONLINE AUCTION
Please note that whilst public viewing is available by appointment, the auction itself will be conducted from a remote saleroom, behind closed doors without public access, in accordance with the current government guidelines. All bidding will be conducted via Online, Telephone and Absentee Bidding. Please contact our Bids Department to register by clicking 'Message the seller' or calling us.
COLLECTION OF PURCHASED LOTS
All lots must be cleared from the Hangar by 1pm on Sunday 13th December. After this, our transport partners E M Rogers will uplift the lot and take to their storage facility in Northampton at a cost of £130+VAT. This charge includes three days of storage.

Failure to instruct Bonhams by the given time will result in your vehicle being uplifted to store at your expense, as detailed in the Conditions of Sale.
