Beschreibung
A very rare racing motorcycle. This was run as a Neval who were the importers of USSR bikes in the 1970s/ 80s at Hull. This was a Minsk of which I think two were initaly brought over to race.
The rider was Bill Clark who road them at Carnaby, Cadwell etc.
I met Bill and his friend at Stafford show one year when I had the bike on display, it seems one of the problems were the Russian bearings at the time, which only lasted one race in some cases.
Bill's friend also raced a modified one of these with Honda forks and wheels fitted.
There is the bike that is all there and turns over and probably 60% approx of the second bike for spares or could perhaps be put back together.
Clearing out my collection now.
This is a unusual bike that would be nice to show/ display with very odd features like casette drums and, a wheel for the front cable to operate on.
£5, 000 for the bike and the second project as one lot.
Cash on collection
