Built in May 1965, this Series 1 4. 2L E-type was ordered as a personal export delivery by Ms. M. J. MacLaughlin. A matching numbers Series 1 E-type the car left the factory in Opalescent Silver Grey with a Black interior and Black soft top. Prior to leaving the UK for California, USA, the car was assigned a UK registration of ‘DVC 203C’, which is currently on retention for this E-type.
