The Appeal
The X308 is popular with enthusiasts because it cleverly blends the firm’s traditional values with modern technology. These cars are also considered amongst best-looking of the firm’s classically styled saloons.
For those in the know, this car represents peak X308. It is a top specification Sovereign with the LWB package and larger 4litre, 290bhp engine. It stands out further with its very low mileage and impeccable service history. There are 19 stamps, 18 of them from Jaguar main dealers, which is a rarity on a 25 year old car. Recent work in 2024 includes replacing the a/c compressor and regassing the system, meaning this car is now as cool as it is stylish.
Smartly finished in Topaz with an ivory and sable interior, this is a lovely example of one of Jaguar’s greatest saloon cars.
