The Appeal

Even to this day, the Ducati 900SS is one of the most indulgent machines of its era. You get the sense Ducati wasn't necessarily interested in building the quickest, cheapest, or most reliable bike out there. The 900 SS was a motorcycle characterised by style, charisma and riding enjoyment - a true enthusiast's choice. And for that, we adore it.

We're delighted to offer this highly original 900SS Mk2 Superlight, number 313 to be exact. Its history speaks volumes about its care and maintenance, with regular servicing invoices spanning the Ducati's entire lifetime.

The vendor comments:

"I absolutely love this bike and the noise it makes, but I am just not using it enough to justify keeping it."

An advisory-free MOT valid until June 2025 confirms this bike is among the finest examples on the market.
