The Appeal

For rally enthusiasts with family, hounds or, perhaps, lots of shopping, there was the 200 Quattro Avant. Before Audi introduced its RS4 and RS6 wagons, this was the firm’s load-lugger with the performance and sure-footed handling of the legendary Sport Quattro.
The two cars shared the 2.2L 5cyl turbocharged engine and all wheel drive system. There the similarities end because the 200 headed in a more luxurious and spacious direction.
These cars were very expensive when new and are now exceptionally rare. This one, then, is an unusual arrival on the market and one that we’re sure will be popular. It is a factory standard car that has been very well maintained by its four keepers, particularly the current enthusiast who has owned it since 2011.
The list of maintenance work is extensive, delivering a car that is in good order and ready to use. The MOT runs to October 2025. It could be saved for special driving days or family road trips or, with the weather now favouring its all-wheel-drive capabilities, enjoyed as a daily driver.
