The Appeal

Few cars have such a vibrant tuning scene as the 105 Series Alfa Romeo. There are a number of specialists whose sole intention is making these cars go even faster and handle even better than they do from the factory, chief among which is UK-based Alfaholics.

This 1976 2000 GTV incorporates several uprated components by Alfaholics and benefits from an engine rebuild performed by an Alfa Romeo race specialist. When last dyno tested, we're informed that the engine output 160 horsepower - no mean feat for an original Nord twin-cam.

Mechanicals aside, the car has undergone extensive restoration and presents superbly throughout as a result. Red is, of course, the quintessential colour for Italian sports cars, and this one has been further enhanced with the addition of leather upholstery.

The vendor comments:

"It brings a smile to my face. It is universally admired and attracts a lot of attention wherever it goes. It is in very good shape despite its age."
