The Appeal
The Rover P6 brought a real bit of grunt to the English executive market and was quite a revelation when it hit the market. It was fast, powerful, and comfortable, easy to handle for the well-to-do, and thanks to its focus on dynamics and safety, it felt impressively tactile.
This V8-engined 1973 example boasts a quintessentially retro livery of Almond with a Tan Leather cabin. It's a very well-preserved car - and has been quite well-adventured to boot, with plenty of rallies and car shows under its belt. Accompanied by its British Motor Industry Heritage Trust Certificate and an impressive stack of P6 Driving Force magazines.
It's recently been treated to a new gearbox and stainless steel exhaust. A fine, solid and highly original car eagerly awaiting its lucky new owner.
