The most
The A110 was the French 911: a handsome and superbly balanced rear-engined road car. Both cars followed the same principle - light cars don't need big engines - but only the Alpine maintained this philosophy throughout its life. Unlike the 911, it also enjoyed great success in rallying.
This car was one of the 'Dinalpines' built by Mexican truck manufacturer DINA between 1964 and 1974. It is estimated that fewer than 1,000 were produced. It started life with a 1.1L engine, but is now fitted with the 1400cc R5 Alpine engine. It was also fitted with an R8 353 5-speed gearbox.
Finished in an elegant metallic silver - an original alternative to the more common blues - and in very good condition inside, out and mechanically, this model is an excellent opportunity for enthusiasts. The engine has been recently rebuilt, and the car comes with all its history dating back to its first registration. A Technical Inspection valid until November 2029, with no observations, testifies to its condition.
The A110 is one of the most beautiful and enjoyable sports cars of the last 60 years. Don't miss out on this excellent example with its seductive specifications.
