The Appeal

The 1967 Land Rover Series IIA is a quintessential British classic, renowned for its rugged durability and looks. With a full engine rebuild completed just 1,000 miles ago, this vehicle promises reliability and performance both on and off the road. The Series IIA is especially sought after for its classic aesthetic, including the central grille-mounted headlights, a feature that was moved to the wings in later models.
The current owner has carried out extensive restoration throughout and it has resulted in a superb looking Land Rover with mechanics to match. The owners work has gone beyond mere restoration and has included a range of upgrades, from the Roamer overdrive unit, through to the galvanised chassis and multiple power outlets in the interior. All of this work has resulted in a very practical and driveable classic Land Rover that really stands out.
The optionally included ex MOD Penman trailer adds even more to the utility of this Land Rover. It’s in superb condition throughout and features disk brakes and full leaf spring suspension with shocks as well as serious off-road tyres. Given the impressive off road capabilities of the Land Rover there are few trailers that can follow one easily, but this one is ready for anything.
