1962 Triumph TR3

Highlights

  • Registered as a Historic Vehicle in Spain
  • Comprehensive restoration including a complete engine overhaul
  • Participated in several regularity rallies

The Appeal

Much of the TR lineage is a story of evolution rather than revolution, with relatively few styling or mechanical changes from TR2 to TR4. But that's not to say it was lacking in innovation - on the contrary - the TR3 became the first British production car to feature disc brakes when they were introduced in 1956.

Originally sold in the USA and now registered as a Historic Vehicle in Spain, this 1962 example has been lovingly restored and maintained. it benefits from a complete engine overhaul, new cylinder head, and exhaust system. It has proved a reliable companion for long trips and rallies, participating in events like Clásica Tenerife 2022 and Rally de Segovia 2023.
