The most

Visually and mechanically similar to the Citroën Traction Avant, the DKW F8 is one of the lesser-known pre-war front-wheel-drive cars. With its transversely-mounted twin-cylinder two-stroke engine, this DKW was one of a kind, both then and now. These models are extremely rare, and it is exceptional to see one as well restored as this 1936 cloth-bodied convertible.

Restored in Luxembourg by its previous owner in 2010, this DKW is still in remarkable condition. We are informed that the body and chassis have been separated to allow for a very high quality restoration, and that the mechanicals have been completely rebuilt. The seller assures us that the car drives beautifully and that the complex soft top mechanism works perfectly.

If you collect rare pre-war cars, this DKW is undoubtedly a must-have for your garage.
