Morgan, a British family business specialising in hand-built cars since 1910, offers us a pure vision of the sports car, with a line that has survived the decades without a wrinkle. Launched in October 1968, the Morgan Plus 8 marked a major milestone in the history of the brand. It stands out as Morgan's first real revolution in decades. Its name refers to its engine: a V8 which, for the 1994 evolution, was borrowed from Rover, offering almost 200hp with a displacement of 3. 9 litres. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ The model we are offering is a 1995 Morgan Plus 8 with 71, 500 km. This car is absolutely unique, with a delightful vintage racing configuration. It is also in very good condition, having undergone a major service in 2022 and coming out of service for sale. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ HISTORY & CONFIGURATION This Morgan Plus 8 was delivered new in Belgium in June 1995. It was imported into France in 2015 and has had 2 owners since. Its first French owner, located in the Lyon region, kept it until 2022. The Plus 8 is powered by the fuel-injected version of the Rover 3. 9L V8, which delivers 193 bhp and is mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox. All this for just 940 kg!

In 2022, at 68, 000 kms, the vehicle underwent a major overhaul, including an engine, gearbox and axle oil change; replacement of filters (oil and fuel), spark plugs, fan, steering knuckles, rack and pinion boots, AVD tie rod, lambda sensors and front brake pads.
Our Plus 8 has also been serviced and inspected for sale by a specialist in vintage vehicles. The brake discs and pads show no particular wear and all four tyres are in excellent condition. No costs are involved. CONDITION The black paintwork has good depth and is in good condition, with no scratches or stone chips. Inside, only the leather on the doors is marked by the opening of the door handles. The leather and carpets are in generally good condition, with no tears or holes. The steering wheel, dashboard and gauges are in perfect condition. All the equipment is functional, with the exception of the oil pressure gauge.
