Description
Sells superb 1967 Pontiac Firebird 326ci 2-speed powerglide automatic transmission. Vehicle imported from California in 2019 and restored in paint and bodywork with vinyl roof replacement and engine rebuilt by professional in France.
Numerous other works recently carried out by professionals (4 shock absorbers, wishbones with suspension bushes and ball joints, steering flector, cabin heater radiator, exhaust silencer, brake distributor, front wheel cylinders, regulator). No corrosion, exceptionally sound underbodies with no repairs, fully original floors.
Very attractive original interior, only the carpet has been replaced.
Special Firebird Camaro Retrosound radio, Pioneer speakers fitted under the rear parcel shelf in the original positions, so no door panels or rear parcel shelf holes.
Windows stickers" sheet available.
This sheet gives a full description of the vehicle and its options, as well as its original selling price.
PHS (Pontiac History Service) documents are also available, including the built sheet showing the date of manufacture and the serial numbers of the engine, gearbox and body. The vehicle has been deliberately left in its factory configuration, with the engine, carburettor, automatic gearbox, paintwork and interior as originally fitted.
The Pontiac Firebird is a very close cousin of the Chevrolet Camaro, as both models use the same bodywork with a few differences.
This is a very rare model in its original configuration on the French territory, which makes it stand out from the many beautiful Mustangs and Corvettes.
French registration in my name and roadworthiness test carried out 2 years ago but which will be redone for the sale.
