Very nice complete restoration for this 1988 Panda 4x4 in Val d'Isère colours. I am the second owner, with a history with the impide... The last two technical controls after restoration are clean, less than 6 months for the last one. The vehicle has never been used off-road since its restoration by a professional bodybuilder, it has only been taken out for drives and has been seen in various classic car gatherings over the last two years. As far as the restoration is concerned, here are the details: Early 2022 The vehicle was dismantled and then sandblasted by a professional sandblaster on the wheel arches, the rocker panels and the entire underbody... then coated with a P7 epoxy primer from the industry, again by the same professional!
The necessary sheet metal work was carried out by a professional bodybuilder, and the Panda was repainted inside and out in its original colour, with a hollow body and raptor anti-gravel coating for the wheel arches, rocker panels and underbody. The parchment floors are new, the wheels are sandblasted and repainted and fitted with period Au Profil off-road tyres... The interior is completely original and in very good condition, the black imitation leather is impeccable, as is the dashboard and the roof lining...
The 1000 FIRE has undergone a thorough service, including replacement of the water pump timing system, all filters and fluids, alternator refurbishment, front axle with ball joints, disc brake pads, and painting of the front axle....
The driveshaft has also been overhauled, with the bearing, bellows and crosspieces replaced, and painted.
