Hello, following a change of plans, I'm selling my 1988 Mercedes 200T. Delivered new in France, it's Arctic white with black cloth upholstery. I bought this car with a lack of attention with the idea of using it as a "utility" car. After correcting its mechanical faults and using it as a daily driver, I thought it would be a shame not to take better care of it. Mechanically, the car works perfectly, and I dismantled and completely rebuilt the carburettor. With its mechanical gearbox, this 200 is particularly economical to run.
The gearbox and clutch work faultlessly. Many wear parts have been replaced recently: - engine mounts, - gearbox mount, - accessory belt, - rear discs and pads, - brake bleeding, - engine and filter drain, - gearbox and axle drain, etc etc. The bodywork is in good condition and the car is sound. The upholstery is in good condition with no holes, tears or signs of wear. A youngtimer at a low price, particularly sought-after as an estate car. I drive it every week.
