Offered for sale is my beautiful 1991 Honda VFR 750 F-L, this being the first generation of RC36. The 90-94 model featuring the stunning single swing arm design axle, with these bikes being so totally over engineered that as such they won bike awards for every year of there production, now considered a true classic and often debated as the best generation of VFR.
Originally supplied in April 1991 to a Mr Hanley by ER Motorcycles, this stunning example has had just 4 previous keepers, the last prior to me a Cambridge University engineering who owned the bike for 26years (1997-2023)!! As such ‘Amber’ comes with a fabulous history file:
- invoicing from 1997 onwards with highly detailed diary of entries (39 separate notes) for ongoing maintenance, parts supplied, fitted or adjusted…. she has wanted for nothing!
- 29 previous MOT’s back to 1994, her first, with all mileages correct!
- Service book prior to 1997 shows 8 dealer services including the original dealer Assembly/ Pdi

Regrettably for sale, and this really pains me, as I spent months waiting for the right example to come up, my VFR is only offered for sale as we’re moving house.
She looks resplendent in her factory red, remains highly original (her wheels previously powder coated black), remains in excellent overall condition and comes with the her original rear seat cowl and side stand cover, often missing!
