1986 Land Rover 110 glass van
I bought this recently from Northern Italy and drove it all the way down to Malta with no issues.
The car has undergone a full restoration by previous owner to a very good standard, there's a file with pictures of the worl carried out.
Body wise the car is in very good condition, finished in white, the bonnet does have a dent and a couple of chips . But otherwise everything looks really good.
Tyres are all new including spare.
The engine is a 19j turbo engine. Slow but it got me from Italy to Malta with no problems, it does leak a bit of oil at the rear, but if it doesn't, it wouldn't be a Land rover! When the car start it does give off some black and white smoke but after a bit this goes away. Temperature was always up to a quarter of the gauge while I was driving down.
Brakes are really good and so are steering and suspension, most items look new on the car.
The rear of the car has been converted to a camper, very nicely made with solar panels and all. The car is a very nice unmolested original car. I bought this with the intention of converting it to a fully fletched camper. The problem is here in Malta to register it , this will cost €10, 000 so I had to register it as a classic for €4500 , but this restricts what you can do to a car so basically I can do nothing with it as it is. This is the main reason for selling it, otherwise it's an excellent vehicle
