The registration in the photos is to be retained and is in the process of coming off the car. I would expect the car to return to the original registration of VO10OJD, in case you are MOT/ HPI checking the car and the current registration isn't working.
Battery cover is present but missing in photos.

A comprehensive overhaul of the Haldex was completed at Dundee Audi and covered under the Audi warranty I'd put on the car in the first year of ownership in 2022.
