Your opportunity to own a very original beetle. Thus has been parked in a garage since 1995. Bought by my customer for his daughter in 1981 the car was enjoyed locally until she moved away in 1994. Driven for 1 more year by the husband and wife till it was parked in the rear garage of the house. Fast forward to January 2025 I get a phone call asking if my apprentice would be interested in a little project, off we went and low and behold all we could see was a rear bumper sticking out of this junk. We set to work clearing it all off and there it lie. Flat tyres covered in dust. We pumped up the tyres and dragged her back to the unit. After abit of Messing around we got it to fire up and run, and she runs sweet replaced a few fuel lines and sorted the brakes and took her for a drive round the farm. It's very soild underneath and the heater channels are like like new under the seat. If your after a project which wouldn't take to much effort and really doesn't need any welding then this is the bug for you. V5 will need to be applied for, it will come with a full bill of sale. I believe it is only 2 former keepers as it has been with the same family since 1981. Personally I would keep the outside as is and just get it 100% mechanical and just drive it.
