Description
I bought "Polly" some years ago from a family in Norfolk. They had owned the car from new. When Roy ( the first owner), bought it, he use to go rallying in it. After many years of loyal service Polly was given a major overall. She runs fine and looks superb. There is some minor bodywork that will need attention eventually, but nothing major. The seats are original and in excellent condition. The dashboard needs a repaint and the door seals could do with replacing. But this little beauty is ready to be driven away.
There are lots of receipts and servicing details going back years. Polly also comes with an all weather fitted cover and boxes and boxes of original spare parts. My dad had an Austin A30 when we were kids, so I've always had a soft spot for the A30 and A35. That's why, when I saw Polly for sale, I had to buy her. Her history is unique, her provenance exceptional.
This is a very reluctant sale. I now have twin baby grandsons who take up a lot of our time, which I love; but this has meant I have been unable to devote as much time as I would like to Polly.
