This stunning 1965 Vespa SS180 was restored in a tribute to the late Eddie Grimstead in the Hurricane Style in 2013 / 2014 having been stored away for many years, it’s an all original UK spec machine and in excellent condition, she runs and rides a dream and a real eye catcher.
Registered in the UK from new this classic SS180 has the correct frame and engine numbers as per the Green Log book supplied, this is one of the most desirable and sort after scooters of all time.
First registered in 1970 having been on show at the dealer as the flagship of the Vespa range at that time.
This beautifully restored SS has zero Road Tax and MOT exempt and still running on factory 6volt electrics, battery, plugs and points, and finished in White and dark metallic Red. Please study the pictures carefully as this plays a major part of the description of this loverly scooter.
She has won many shows and featured and shown on the front cover of June/ July 2014 Scooterist.
The sale will include the Green Book, copy of bill of receipt, service and parts manual, original number plates (not shown), Old MOT certificates and other documentation as per the picture.
