1997 Honda Blackbird. This is a UK bike, totally original with extremely low mileage. I am the 2nd owner.
It was stored in a garage for nearly 2 decades without moving hence the low mileage and part service history.
Since I've had the bike as well as carrying out the recommissioning service at great expense she's had 2 x new tyres, the carbs have been ultrasonically cleaned, the front forks serviced and a new battery fitted. That's all in addition to regular services and MOTs. I have 2 keys, the original sales invoice, lots of paperwork (to prove mileage and service history), old MOTs, the original service book and the original owners manual.
The only negatives I can think of are the clutch cover which has suffered from a little oxidisation and was present when I purchased the bike and a little corrosion to the rear spring. None of these things are expensive items to replace, its just I haven't got around to fixing them. Super smooth and reliable sports tourer with lots of mid range shove. Late 90s this was the fastest production motorcycle in the world. Already a modern classic and likely to go up in value.
