The car Jaguar should have built. Swallows are proud to offer this unique 1995 Jaguar XJS-R6 Manual Coupe. In middle of the 90's Jaguar developed a supercharged version of their superb AJ16 and fitted to their XJ6 Saloon creating the XJR (X300), strangely it was never offered as an option for the XJS. This car has therefore been created offering a glimpse of might have been.
Under the bonnet the naturally aspirated straight six has been replaced with the supercharged version offering a substantial power increase. The engine has been beautifully detailed with the A16 block fitted with a bespoke hand crafted stainless steel exhaust manifold. The owner has also upgraded the brake system using the Aston Martin DB7 Brembo kit to offer improved stopping with EBC discs. Later Jaguar BBS 20" Detroit split rim alloy wheels have been added which really suit the car and neatly fill the arches. The car also sports a steering wheel from its close cousin the Aston Martin DB7. The facings have all been wrapped with silver/ grey carbon fibre for a more modern look complimented by the aluminium gear knob.
This Jaguar XJS-R6 Manual Coupe resplendent in Anthracite Grey Metallic Paintwork and Oatmeal leather interior would grace the Cote d'Azur or be equally at home on any show field. Offering an exhilarating driving experience this unique Jaguar would be a thrill to own.
