Austin Seven RK Fabric Saloon 1929
Purchased by the current owner, an Austin Seven enthusiast, in 2016.
Sadly for sale, along with his Ruby, due to permanent loss of driving license.
The RK was first registered on 19th April 1929.
This beautiful little Austin starts on the button, has a sweet engine and is an absolute delight to drive.
It has participated in many Cambridge Austin Seven club events and rallies.
There is a reference picture of this RK on page 257 of the Austin Seven Source Book. There are 5 recorded previous owners since 1946, 4 of whom are listed on an original buff Registration Book dating back to 1946.
In 1975 the car was purchased and rejuvenated, over a 10 year period, by an owner of several Austin Seven’s.
During his ownership of 38 years the car participated in many rallies all over the Great Britain, including the JOGLE Rally (John o’Groats to Land’s End) and rallies with the 750 Motor Club.
