Golf MK3 GTI 16V 1995
Extensive work carried out a few years back, sills & respray.
Very reluctant sale only due to not having the time to enjoy and drive it as much as it should be. When i bought the golf in September 2019 it was ready for the scrapyard but £1, 000's spent on it to get it back on the road.
Does still need some attention, I never got round to the following as work & family life take up most of my
time.
- Roof lining needs retrim
- Central locking only locks drivers door
- Window electrics work but very difficult to raise
- 5th gear is temperamental
- Idles high sometimes in traffic ( may need vacuum hose replacement )
MOT - 07/ 09/ 25I bought this golf because it was a dream of mine to own & restore one. 30 years old this year and it still looks better than the hatchbacks on the road today.
