Description
A prime example of this, the last of the iconic horizontal single models from Moto Guzzi. Believed to be a civilian model, it is a very clean, leak free, well looked after machine. A very easy starter, it goes well, has excellent brakes and the handling is good with all the weight low down. With good suspension front and rear, as well as a sprung saddle it is extremely comfortable - a real armchair ride.
Nothing needs doing and the bike is ready to ride away.
Quite possibly the best example to be found currently for sale. I have always loved big single cylinder machines and they don't come any bigger than the Nuovo Falcone. With its massive 11 1/ 2" flywheel it can tick over like a grandfather clock, and on the road at its favourite pace of 50 -55 mph it travels at the proverbial 'one bang per lampost'. Not sprightly, it is perfectly capable of keeping up with modern traffic but, best of all, it is a delight rolling smoothly along on quiet B roads on a sunny summer's day.
