For sale is my 1999 BMW 740i i have owned for the last 11 years . Not sure on the price so offers accepted.

The sat nav has been upgraded to the MK4 DVD unit and the front speakers have been replaced with additional sound proofing added with genuine Chromeline grills. Also the BM24 unit has been upgraded to BM54
I have deleted the traffic master system and the phone.
Black Leather is in good condition . I have also had a new headliner and A and C pillars redone. Unfortunately when i did this i cut the sunroof piece too small so there is a small strip covering . Its not great but you barely notice it .
Mechanical wise i took the car off the road a while back to work on it as it had a nasty knock on startup . This turned out to be a stuck lifter. While i was in there i also had the vanos rebuilt , all new guides and chains aswell as replacement PCV and injectors.
Car runs very quiet now with no ticks or knocks from cold or warm start.
Servicing has been completed by mainly myself but some garage work . This includes
Diff Oil Service
Gearbox Oil Service
New Discs all round last year
New Tyres all round last year
Waterpump and thermostat replace.
Centre Tie rod and tie rod ends
New shocks and springs all round .
Lower control arms.
Bodywork is fine , the bonnet has some chip repairs i tried to fix a while back plus some age related marks. While the car was off the road a little bit of rust got into the wheel arches . I have fixed that but just awaiting a paint shop to finish it off.
Ive decided to sell because she really needs to be a weekend car now as i use her as a daily plus i don't have garage to store. I was going to work on getting all the bodywork up to the next level but its impossible to do that when you don't have a garage really.
There are a couple of minor issues with the car that i can discuss with any prospective buyers.
