Lotus Elan Coupe
This car has been with its previous owner for almost thirty years, I am told the plan was to keep the car in good mechanical shape and once time allowed restore the bodywork. Sadly circumstances have changed.
This is an early Series 4 car.
It has had a great deal of mechanical attention over the years including.
Replacement Spyder chassis, solid UJ rear drive shafts, new / reconditioned brake callipers front & rear “recent pads & discs, Facet fuel pump with Filter-King, suspension work Including SPAX adjustable suspension. Headlight electric motor conversion
4x Continental tyres.
Plus lots more. Making this a nice driving Elan.
Recently it has been extensively serviced.
The bodywork is shabby. The paintwork is poor.
Interior is very original, seats and other scarce items such as the steering wheel are in good shape but carpets are worn and dashboard veneer is age worn.
A rewarding project.

We are mainly interested in British sports and saloon cars from the 1960s and 1970s, but can appreciate a good car from any era and often have a diverse range of stock.
Over the years we have enjoyed restoring cars which has given us a solid background and embedded us in a network of enthusiasts. In the last few years our direction has changed slightly towards hunting out classics, from barn finds to turn key beauties.

Delivery is no problem, nationwide or international. The car must be fully paid for before it leaves the premises.
