One of only 54 cars in the "E" series, which featured several improvements over the "D" model to make it more effective on the track, such as the air intake on the bonnet for better engine cooling, a different type of windshield, and a more comfortable driving position, ideal for the gentleman drivers of the period. Even today, the Riley twin-cam engine is very powerful and reliable. The car with chassis no. E94 is in excellent condition and completely original in all its parts. The red body color and black interior match the configuration in which it was purchased by W. L. Birch on August 10, 1950, from J. C. Alexander LTD. From 1982 to 2009, it was displayed at the Midland Motors Museum, and in that year, it was transferred to Italy.
