For sale Mazda MX5 1. 8i 10th Anniversary. 38378 miles with Full Mazda Service History.
Original sills and arches which are all solid with only a slight rust scabbing - see photos. No rust to front chassis rails, solid and clean. Lovely condition in and out other than a small dent on drivers door and wing and the odd age related mark. Looks stunning polished up in the sunshine.
Last MOT August with no advisories. Wheels are in good condition with minimal corrosion.
Roof is fully watertight with no wear. All electrics work as you'd expect. Drives beautifully with no squeaks or rattles! Lovely engine, brakes and gearbox. The service history means its had oil changes every few hundred miles in its later years.
Brand new battery just fitted and sitting on a trickle charger in my garage.
If you're familiar with MX5's you'll be surprised how well a low mileage well kept version like this drives. It feels more solid, planted and quieter than some higher mileage versions I've driven. The engine is very sweet and the standard exhaust and filter are lovely and smooth with no buzzes or rattles etc.
The spec on the 10th anniversary makes quite a difference too. The standard bilstein suspension is a big improvement over the standard setup with a firmer more controlled ride, less body roll but still very comfortable. The 6 speed gearbox also makes a differnce in keeping the engine spinning and it's very sweet to use. Torsen LSD also fitted as standard.
