Reluctantly offered for sale, one of few left hand drive TVR Griffiths. Mileage is just above 50. 000 miles (83000 km) and fully documented.
I am third owner, owned it for the last 6 years, service history is available. the car was delivered new in the Netherlands April 1997 by the TVR official importer (Nimag). It is driven regularly, only in dry weather and is always parked in my heated garage under dust over and on a battery conditioner. Part of my roadster collection.
This TVR has power steering, recent Yokohama Advan tires, less than 2000 km.
Suspension has been upgraded by previous owner with Intrax adjustable units. These provide very good road holding, and in my opinion still not too hard for longer more comfortable rides. Never used on track days. Clutch hydraulic cylinders replaced 1500 km ago.
Aluminium turned dashboard installed, handmade and sourced from England, as a replacement for the original walnut wood which was unfortunately showing some delamination. Instrument lighting replaced with LED.

Original and undamaged TVR wheels, 15 inch front and 16 inch rear. 225/ 50/ 15 and 245/ 45/ 16, being the suitable dimensions for power steering.
It is super rare this LHD and in my view a good investment, considering approx 1640 Griffith 500 built and only around 200 LHD!

This is my third and best driving Griffith, no leaks, no overheating, nothing requiring attention. no electrical gremlins, starts on the button, no hot start issues. Two original keys and remotes included. Fantastic gearbox (T5) especially compared to the old LT77 rover box.
Chassis and tubing all are in good condition, no rust, fortunately it was well treated with rust prevention by the importer in the past.
Please only revert when you are seriously considering buying a TVR Griffith and know what to expect!I am third Dutch owner, so history of the car is known and use as fun car in summer time only is reflected in the very good condition of the car.
