Series 1 Lotus Evora Carbon Concept. 1 of 1 ever made by Lotus.
This Evora was produced and upgraded by Lotus at their factory as a show piece to lauch the carbon lightweight model in America. This model never went into production and is one of 2 ever made, the only right had drive version!
There are so many unique features to this car including carbon fibre roof, wing mirrors, interior trim and seats. The perforated alcantara interior is bespoke for this car.
It has a Lotus titanium exhaust, 6 speed gearbox, forged alloys with Pirelli tyres.
Original infotainment and telephone system with bluetooth interface.
This car has the factory optional sports and tech pack.
This car is in amazing condition, mechanically sorted, totally original and has a full Strathstone and Bell and Covill service history. Mot and service with B&C September last year.
This is the 2 seater version with a carbon anti roll bar and storage space behind the front seats, not the 2+2!I have the full history and provenance from Lotus Heritage, including a note that it was the company car of former BMW executive and Alfa Romeo CEO Karl-Heinz Kalbfell who joined Lotus as CFO in 2010. This is not a museum piece (but it easily could be) and I have taken it on my yearly pilgrimage to Le Mans where it excells at a GT car on the French autoroutes. It is fastidiously maintained but I have now lost my garage. It is currently stored under cover on my drive.
I am in no rush to sell but feel it's time to hand it on to its next guardian.
This is a piece of Lotus History, beautiful to look at and amazing to drive! Hence the higher price than the more standard machines!
