Bmw r100gs and Bmw r80G/ S-the ultimate pack... g/ s is 1981 but kitted out with a pd tank long ago in germany where I believe it was a press bike, as it was not road registered many years after manufacture... 27k km... partially resorted 3 years ago, full brand new Keihan exhaust system. I'm the only owner in U. K. Bmw r100 gs original , imported by a person I know, converted to a solo seta by myself (double seat in black also available)swapped the speedo which was playing up(available) to a new modern one and set the mileage to reflect, wrongly noted in mot's over the years but is very good solid bike with a working kick start, new batteries , nee tubes and tyres, touring boxes to both as well as tyres, good investment on one and brilliant rider is the other. can help with transportSome history, but bikes checked over, maintained by Beemer bikes as well as 100gs was previously maintained by Jim Cray
