Owned since 2013, and having since undergone a full nut and bolt restoration, this is a lovely example of a Triumph GT6 Mk3.

The car has undergone a complete nut-and-bolt restoration, including a full body-off rebuild. The chassis was taken back to bare metal, sandblasted, rewelded where needed, fully painted, and waxoyled. The body was also stripped to bare metal and sandblasted, with significant work carried out including two new doors, a new tailgate, and a repair to the front roof section. Over £15, 000 has been spent on bodywork and welding. The car was fully resprayed in its original colour, Iris Blue (paint code 126), with the chassis painted to match.

Mechanically, the engine has been fully rebuilt with a new clutch, flywheel, big end and little end bearings, complete set of gaskets, new piston rings. I have added an in line fuel filter.

The suspension and running gear have been fully restored, and the driveline renovated. It has all new bushes, along with new fuel lines, brake lines, and a new fuel tank.

The interior has been completely renewed, including new carpets, door cards, dashboard, headlining, and quarter panels. The original wiring loom was inspected, repaired, and reinstalled after the renovation. All door rubbers and seals have been replaced. The original windscreen and heater have been retained.

Wire wheels and bumpers have been rechromed. The car features a few upgrades including an aluminium radiator, Revotech cooling fan, and a high torque starter motor.

Since the rebuild, the car has covered just 900 miles. The carburettors have been professionally refurbished and set up, and the car has never been driven in the rain.

A well-executed and thorough restoration, maintaining originality with quality enhancements where appropriate.

Ive thoroughly enjoyed owning and restoring this car, and now wish to see it go to a thoughtful owner who will enjoy it.
