Description
For sale is my June 1999 Saab Viggen convertible, now showing a modest 70500 miles. The car is in immaculate condition, as a result of having been properly looked after and fully serviced during its life. There is a huge history file with the car, all the invoices for services and parts purchased. The owner previous to myself had owned the car for 18 years.
I bought the Viggen from a performance car specialist dealer, which added to the security of purchase for me.
The car was taken by me to Abbott Racing upon purchase and given a thorough service and inspection which included fitting of a new crank sensor. The car has the Abbott steering rack kit fitted and there is very little torque steer when driving. The original wheels were discarded by the previous owner as they went out of round, a well known issue with the Viggen wheels. A replacement set of 17" Saab wheels were fitted instead which I think look better than the originals? A new ignition coil pack was fitted by Abbot also in September last year, so that should be good for another 100k miles.
The car is superb, everything works, it drives beautifully and has a fully detailed history, plus you are unlikely to see another whilst driving around.
Supplied with the car will be an as new wind deflector in its original bag.
