for sale my TL1000s. I've owned it for 15 years with one owner before that. 1999 model with TLR motor fitted. conversion done by first owner after the original motor failed. full Yoshimura exhaust system, Ohlins rear suspension, MH forks upgrade, CSC steering damper and professional custom pearl midnight blue and pearl white stripe paint work. mileage indicated is 72, 000 km but the clocks are from the TLR so unsure of exact mileage. i used the bike a lot in the early years of owning it but now it gets used very little and i have decided it needs a new home. i have just overhauled the water pump and given it a full service. it had new front discs and ceramic pads and rear pads and fork seals about three years ago with little use since.. tyres are about half worn. too good to replace yet. there is a spare engine and some other spares with the bike including the original exhaust system and another fuel tank. not looking for any trades or part ex's so please don't ask. the bike is available for viewing in Wakefield. if you require more pictures please ask though you're probably better coming to see it. if you're looking for one of these bikes then you've probably an idea of the reputation of them and this one won't disappoint. its very very quick and looks fabulous. its a well sorted machine.
