Having been kept in the garage and only covering 1k miles in the last ten years it's time to let somebody else really enjoy this car.
It's been serviced and Mot'd during this time, with the last MOT expiring in Sept 2023
Small restoration works include:
- Replacing the dashboard which had cracked down the middle
- Wheel refurbishment
- On repairing a dent in the roof, incurred by previous owner I was advised it would be better to respray the whole car as opposed to just the roof, So full body respray was done.
- Boot window sticker replaced as part of respray
- Reverted back to roof antenna and removed auto aerial
Other than the stereo which was replaced, the inside is all original and shows minimal signs of wear and tear.
Outside after respray it looks stunning, especially with the wheels. Only glitch is one jack cover is missing, however I have managed to buy one but have yet to fit it.
With 5 previous owners and a folder full of old service and works invoices, along with original tax discs, this car is stunning with a strong engine. Although the car has done little mileage under my ownership I have serviced it more than required and tried to fix any small imperfections. The feedback from my local garage is always that the car has a good solid engine and that with it's condition I should take it to shows etc.
Test drives wont be available as I want to protect the mileage and it currently has no MOT.
