The bad: due to the car spending most of its life in Japan, there is crazing in the bodywork paint which is visible in certain light. It also suffers with glovebox sag (as most E36s do) so it is locked in place to prevent opening while driving. This should be an easy fix though if it is something that you would want to remedy.
A great example of a 328i that is an absolute joy to drive. The car was imported into the UK in 2017 from Japan and has been very well looked after throughout its life, which is evident from the condition the car is in. I have a full book of paperwork for work that has been carried out on the car and it has been maintained to a very high standard.
It is a joy to drive with the 2. 8l straight 6 M52 the star of the show. It has three driving modes, and you get the abolsute best out of it when putting it into sport.
