1970 Morris Minor 1000, which has been in the family since 1999. Low mileage - only 38, 400. Runs well with gears, clutch and brakes all sound. MOT exempt and historic vehicle taxation class. 1098 cc engine. Light blue. 1 key. 5 former owners.
After a period in storage, 'Archie' was made roadworthy again in January 2021. Over £1, 000 of work including a new radiator and water hose kit, front brake cylinders and offside rear brake cylinder, front and rear brake shoes and nearside lower trunnion.
Bodywork isn't in brilliant condition, but aside from a replacement fibreglass nearside front wing (which has subsequently sustained light damage - as pictured), otherwise all bodywork is original metal.
'Archie' is much loved, but we just haven't got the time to properly enjoy him. He's searching for a good home where he'll be well looked after and possibly spruced up a bit!
