Description
Hi, here is my late father’s XK120. It’s a matching numbers car.
It has been in use for about 8 years, when my dad became ill.
He did regularly start it, until the fuel pump gave up the ghost. I have fitting a new fuel pump, coil, distributor cap, rotor arm, plugs and leads. The car now starts and runs, but the brakes are blinding so does roll freely, but will move.
The bodywork is in fairly good shape but there are blemishes, and bubbling in small areas.
It is very solid underneath.
There are spares that will come with the car, including new brakes and hubs. Started life in Hollywood, with the first owner being a film music composer. Later was in storage in New Jersey, before making its way to Australia, where it had a restoration.
It was imported into the UK in 1997, and sold by Coys to my dad.
Please feel free to ask me any questions.
