1998 Volvo V70 CD 2. 5 10v Manual, Full Beige Leather Interior in very good condition, cruise control, dual zone climate control, Sunroof, electric memory seats, trip computer, front fogs, x4 electric windows, electric heated mirrors, remote locking, boot liner, tow bar, rear spoiler, premium sound system one of the best I have come across for the age of the car, genuine Volvo waterproof bucket matts.
Rare 2. 5 10V 5 cylinder (silver block) 5 speed manual, drives so much better than the lazy old unreliable automatics, plus gets far better MPG.
Car has been well looked after, piles of invoices and time line of photos over the car’s ownership.
Just recently ( March 2025) car has undergone a big overhaul as follows
New Genuine Nissens radiator with stainless steel hose clamps, full coolant system flush and filled with genuine MPM G11 Volvo coolant.
Full service using OE filters and oil.
Oil/ air/ pollen/
Full ignition system refresh, HT leads, coil, king lead, rotor arm, distributor cap and NGK R X5 spark plugs
X3 exact fit Bosch Wipers
NGK Lambda Sensor
New Earth Straps around engine / gearbox
Jobs done prior my ownership but in the recant years…..
Timing belt Kit / Water Pump invoice included
New front discs and pads, and new calipers
Handbrake inner shoes / cables and bar needing a clean up with some use rear discs and pads relatively recent
Tyres all good
Various bearings/ springs/ suspension bushes and joints changed over the years in pairs.

Right onto the issues I know of…. Please remember it’s pushing a 30 year old vehicle, few blemishes on front wings, front headlamp washers have been removed / bumper filled and you can see the outline of the recess, door mirrors painted covers have some reaction in the paint work… but for a car this age it’s in cracking nick!!
Interior is in fantastic condition, steering wheel has lost the beige dye (common on all Volvo)
